Cover Co-Ordinator
Salary:- Grade 4, SCP 9 - £14,638.08* per annum (FTE – £21,269*) * pay award pending
Hours: - 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
This is an exciting opportunity for a Cover Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated and professional Cover Team. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong clerical background, be organised and thorough in their approach to work. Previous experience of working within a high school environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
It is essential to be a team-player but also to work with minimum supervision, knowing when to seek support and advice. This is an important and key role in the school and excellent inter-personal skills are essential; you will need to be calm, patient and understanding. Have a flexible approach to all aspects of the role and the ability to cope with a wide range of tasks.
